The concrete mixer truck uses a closed hydraulic drive system to drive the mixer. The system can be equipped with original imported components such as American Sao oil pumps, motors, reducers or German Rexroth oil pumps, motors, and ZF reducers, which work stably and reliably.
The main structural parts such as: the mixing tube and the double logarithmic spiral blades are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate material and are computer-aided design and manufacture, which can prolong the conveying time and ensure the quality of concrete mixing and conveying, and avoid delamination during the transportation of concrete. Segregation or initial setting, has the advantages of stable and reliable rotation, good homogeneity, rapid discharge, and low residual rate. The frame and front and back support are made of high-strength steel plates. The movable discharge chute is driven by manual hydraulic oil cylinders or driven by manual telescopic sleeves. The whole car is shot blasted and painted. Compared with general transportation machinery, it has greater flexibility and adaptability, and has higher productivity.
