Hydraulic Container Tilter Turnover Machine is a new customized product mainly for bulk packaging. The main device adopts electromagnetic hydraulic control, which can rotate the container to 90° and place the door upward, thus easy to load bulk cargo. It not only saves the packaging and transportation costs but also improves the work efficiency, avoiding the traditional bulk caused by the duplication of labor waste. The whole system is also equipped with automatic feed level sensing device, conveyor belt scale and other supporting facilities, mobile conveyor, turnover and storage, overhead loading, storage and unloading. Hydraulic Container Tilter Turnover Machine can tilt 20ft, 40ft containers. Through the action of the twist-lock device, it realizes the twist lock which is connected with the corner part of the container or is loose. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, lightweight and a set of a hydraulic system for each spreader.
