Bulk cement truck operation manual:
1. when the bulk cement truck running, do not Overspeed, overpressure operation, Overspeed, overpressure will seriously damage the air compressor. The main technical parameters are machine speed and working pressure of 0.2mpa.
2. do not start or stop the air compressor quickly but should be slow growth or deceleration, or impact pressure will damage the air compressor.
3. do not change the rotation direction of the air compressor, or the oil pump will seriously damage the machine.
4. air compressor before decompression does not stop, otherwise, powder material may flow back into the cylinder, air compressor caused serious damage.
5. Check oil labels before starting. The oil level shall not be lower than the lower limit of the oil standard; Check the oil pump frequently for oil supply. If not, stop the inspection immediately. Otherwise, the lack of oil will seriously damage the air compressor.
6. Change the lubricating oil regularly. After using the new machine for 30 hours, drain the oil from the crankcase, clean the crankcase and the oil filter, and then change the oil. Thereafter, the oil should be changed annually according to the above regulations.
Inspect and clean oil filters. Under normal conditions, check and clean once a quarter. If machine usage is high, check and clean once a month.
