As a semi-trailer manufacturer in China, Luyi Vehicle controls quality at every stage of production. Raw materials — steel plates, axles, suspensions, brakes and landing gear — are verified against mill certificates before entering the line. Chassis cutting and assembly are carried out on jigs to keep dimensions within drawing tolerance, and all load-bearing welds are made by certified welders, then inspected visually and non-destructively. After shot blasting, each unit receives epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat, with film thickness checked at every coat. Our trailer factory runs axle alignment, bolt torque verification, brake air-tightness and braking tests, electrical checks and a full road test on every unit before shipment. A photo and video inspection report is sent to the buyer before loading, and third-party inspection — SGS, BV or your own QC team — is welcome at any stage.
