Container side crane
A container transport operator in Benin needed a trailer that could pick up and drop off containers without a crane or forklift on site. We built them a side loader semi-trailer with a 37-ton hydraulic lift system, powered by a 4102 diesel engine and hydraulic station. The trailer body starts at 20 feet and extends to 40 feet, so it handles both 20ft and 40ft containers on the same unit. Three-axle mechanical suspension keeps the load stable on road. The units shipped from Shandong by sea and entered service in Benin on schedule.
