Liquid resin has a narrow temperature tolerance during transport — too cold and viscosity rises to the point where discharge becomes slow or incomplete, compromising delivery schedules and product quality at the receiving plant. This 30m³ insulated tanker is built specifically around that requirement. The 10cm insulation layer between the 5mm steel inner tank and the stainless steel outer skin maintains cargo temperature across long transit times without active heating, protecting resin consistency from loading point to discharge. Four independent compartments allow multi-grade or multi-client loads in a single run. WABCO ABS and relay valve, JOST kingpin and landing gear — the safety and coupling components are specified to the standard that chemical logistics operators require.
