The insulation system is where the tank earns its specification. A 10cm insulation layer sits between the 5mm carbon steel inner tank body and the polished stainless steel outer skin. The 6mm tank heads at both ends complete the thermal envelope, maintaining internal temperature consistency across extended transit times in cold or variable climate conditions. For liquid resin, which changes discharge behavior significantly as temperature drops, that consistency is the difference between a smooth delivery and a time-consuming discharge problem at the receiving facility.

Four compartments give operators the flexibility to carry different resin grades, segregate customer orders, or isolate one section for cleaning without taking the entire tanker offline. Each compartment is independently valved, keeping cross-contamination risk at zero on multi-product loads.
