Walk around this tanker and the engineering priorities are obvious. The 4102 diesel engine and 12m³ twin-cylinder air compressor sit as a self-contained power unit — visible, accessible, and independent from the tractor. That independence matters operationally. Discharge starts when the driver is ready, not when the tractor engine is at the right RPM or the air pressure has built up through a shared system. Twin cylinders maintain consistent airflow pressure throughout the discharge cycle, which keeps material moving at an even rate from full tank down to empty, minimizing residue and cutting the time spent waiting for the last of the powder to clear.

The bottom unloading port position is another deliberate choice. Bottom discharge creates a natural gravity-assist to pneumatic flow — the combination means faster full-tank-to-empty times and less wear on the compressor over the unit's service life compared to designs that work against gravity.

On the chassis side, the air suspension setup handles two distinct operational needs. The liftable first axle reduces rolling resistance and tire wear on empty return runs — a fuel saving that compounds quickly across a high-frequency fleet. The overall lifting mechanism goes a step further, allowing the entire trailer ride height to be adjusted, which simplifies loading bay access and keeps the discharge port at the right height for different site configurations. At 35-40m³ capacity, the volume range covers most regional cement distribution requirements without pushing into the permit weight territory that larger tankers encounter on standard roads.
