A successful operation begins with a thorough understanding of the equipment. Before starting, it is essential to familiarize oneself with the key structure of the powder tank semi-trailer.

Loading operating procedures 

(1) Turn on the release valve to reduce the tank pressure to atmospheric pressure;


(2) Confirm the discharge valve in the off state;


          (3) Open the manhole cover of the feed inlet, and then align the charge pipe to charging hole. A multiple of cabins can be fed at the same time.


  (4) After the tank loading is completed, the powder material on the cushion rubber of the loading port, so as to extend the service life of the cushion rubber and to ensure a good                      seal; cover manhole cover, and tight the lock nut;


  (5)Confirm the release valve is in the "On" position.

Discharge operation procedures 

(1) Confirm the release valve, external gas source switch, propelling air valve and the discharge butterfly valve is turned off, and the material cover is sealed well.


(2) Connect the discharge tube between the discharge port and the receiving cabin port; turn on the intake pipe intake valve of the front and back air cabin in the tank, and connect the air compressor and the intake inlet (if it is an external gas source, the gas source shall be free from water and oil, and the air compressor rated pressure is 0.2MPa); turn on the air compressor and adjust to the designated speed of operation (if it is single vehicle, then first inflate till the pressure of host pressure gauge is more than 0.6Mpa; step down the clutch pedal to separate the clutch, and then push the PTO control valve handle to the working position as well as put the PTO into gear, next slowly release the clutch pedal, finally the air compressor starts operation. Operate the throttle handle to regulate the compressor speed to the rated speed.), and observe the pressure gauge till the tank pressure to be increased to 0.2MPa.


 (3) Discharging can be conducted when the tank pressure reaches 0.2Mpa. First, open the propelling air valve. Blow and clean the pipe, open the discharge valve to discharge. Material is discharged stably through the discharge pipe, the tank air pressure gradually decreases after stabilize for a period of time. When the tank air pressure decreases significantly (0.1Mpa or so), close the back cabin butterfly valve and back intake valve, then continue discharge stably after the tank pressure increases at a certain range. When the tank pressure again decreases significantly, close the front cabin butterfly valve and front intake valve, and open the back cabin butterfly valve and back cabin intake valve to discharge. When the tank air pressure reduces to 0.05MPa due to discharge, adjust the compressor speed governor handle back to its original position.


(4) When the pressure gauge approaches 0, it means that the material discharge is completed; the air compressor or an external gas source can be switched off. Switch off the discharge valve, and wait for 2 minutes then switch off the propelling air valve. Remove pipe joints; fix the discharge pipe on the bracket, and the discharge ends.
