Notes for Attention:
1. Refer to the manufacturer’s attached information of diesel engine and air compressor.
2. Before opening the manhole cover, you must first open the release valve, so that the pressure in the tank and outside of the tank is the same.
3. Do not switch on or off the air compressor when the pressure in the tank is high, and switch on the exhaust valve to release all the air in the tank before switch on or off the air compressor.
4. After loading, you must clean up the material cover seal ring, material cover and its motion mechanism, dust on the operating platform, then close the material cover and discharge valve, and switch on the exhaust valve.
5. Usually, the exhaust valve should be always kept open, avoid vacuum endangering till the reloading. The exhaust valve must be switched on especially after the temperature changes and the tank inside is cleaned.
6. The tank is strictly prohibited to let in water and other liquids. Otherwise, the tank inside must be dried.
7. Discharge on level ground as much as possible.
8. In loading operation, you must confirm that the exhaust valve must be in the "on" position; other valves are in the "off" position. A tank pressure ban on tank set in the operations。
9. Before the unloading operation, you must confirm the receiving storage cabin is of enough capacity, and pay attention to the position alarming in the discharge process. If the cabin is full and alarms, you should first switch off the discharge valve, and continue to blow and clean the pipe for about 1 minute using the propelling device.
10. During the loading and unloading operations, the vehicle must be braked reliably.
11. It is prohibited to release the air in the tank using the discharge pipe.
12. It is prohibited to drive the vehicle when the tank is under pressure.
13. The starting pressure of the safety valve is 0.2Mpa; this value shall not be increased.
14. The check valve must be inspected once a year; the valve core must be replaced or repaired every two to three years.
15. It is forbidden to overload, the materials can be loaded and transported by each tank vehicle relating to the configurations. Tank vehicle exclusively designed for cement, fly ash materials cannot be loaded with other materials. Please contact the manufacturer if the tank vehicle is required to be loaded with other materials. .
16. The manhole cover must be kept completely shut off, so as to prevent the tank damp.
17. It is prohibited to start the air compressor when the intake valve is switched off.
18. It is forbidden to stop freely during the discharge process; otherwise, it could easily lead to pipeline blockage.
19. Before loading, you should confirm that there is no wire, stones and other debris in the tank, and confirm that here is no agglomeration in the loaded materials; the materials can be filtered with mesh if there is agglomeration.
Repairs and maintenance:
1. The sealing of the gas circuit should be in good performance. You should often check whether the pipes and joints crack or are damaged, whether it leaks, whether the switch is leaking, and the leaks must be promptly eliminated if found. Check whether the release valve is blocked; clean the deposits on the valves to ensure operation.
2. You should often check whether installing bolts of all parts loosen. When necessary, tighten the installing bolts.
3. If the tanker is idle for a period of time. Before using, it should be ventilated and dehumidificated, otherwise, the performance may significantly degrade.
4. It shall not be stored for a long time under pressure, so as to avoid the early seal failure and accidents.
