A batch of our 43cbm aluminum alloy tanker semi-trailers recently completed production and shipped to Nigeria. This trailer carries 43 CBM total volume split across 6 compartments. That layout gives the operator flexibility to load and deliver multiple fuel grades in a single trip — petrol, diesel, kerosene, or other petroleum products in separate sealed sections.
Each compartment has its own valve and discharge point. Cross-contamination between products is not a risk. The tank shell is formed from aluminum alloy sheet — welded with automated equipment for consistent seam quality. Every weld on the tank body is pressure-tested after fabrication. We do not coat the interior of an aluminum fuel tank the same way we would a steel one — the material handles fuel contact without active protection — but we do inspect every internal weld and joint before closing the tank.
The frame that carries the tank is Q345B high-strength steel, hot-dip galvanized or primer-coated depending on buyer preference. The tank-to-frame mounting uses vibration-absorbing saddle brackets — the tank expands and contracts slightly with temperature changes, and the mounting system allows for that without putting stress on the tank shell.
