Fabricated from reinforced steel with heavy-duty hinges and secure padlocking points, the enclosed box safeguards the diesel engine, starter battery, and multi-spool hydraulic control valves against unauthorized tampering and harsh sandstorms, ensuring immediate operational readiness whenever neck detachment is required.

The trailer's primary heavy-haul architecture is engineered for extreme 120-ton industrial payloads. The hydraulic gooseneck decouples rapidly, allowing the front well deck to drop flat to ground level so heavy crawler excavators, drilling modules, and foundation rigs can drive straight on at a gentle slope. For enhanced operational versatility on tight jobsites, the platform also features heavy-duty rear spring-assisted ramps, providing dual-end loading capability to suit diverse machinery configurations and loading dock heights.

The running gear provides maximum structural durability under extreme concentrated tonnage. Four 20-ton rated heavy-duty axles paired with multi-leaf reinforced mechanical suspension absorb high dynamic impacts across washboard gravel and unimproved desert tracks. The wide-stance chassis design maintains an exceptionally low center of gravity, delivering superior tracking stability around tight turns while preserving safe overhead clearance beneath bridges and transmission lines.
